Over the past year I have been adjusting to being a mum of two. While doing this I have really let myself become 'unimportant'. So in 2015 I've decided to make some goals to keep me and my family happy.
1. Do more activities with the kids. I've recently started going to playgroup with Jonathan and even though the session is only 2 hours a week, he really enjoys it. So I think it will be nice to try a fit a few more things each month.
2. Have a couple of hours to myself once a week. Whether it's to paint my nails or write blog posts, some 'me time' is very much needed!
3. Eat more fruit and veg and tone up. A lot of people will want to drop the pounds after Christmas but I want to focus on my 'mummy tummy' and tone it up as well as I can.
4. Drink more water! I think most people struggle with drinking the recommended amount of water every day. Water is so beneficial for your body though its a shame that such simple thing gets past most of us!
