Where to start? This product is the best thing since......ever! If you need a scrub to make your skin oh so soft, this is definitely the one for you. I was never big on a skin/body care routine. I always thought, a wash with soap and shower gel and my body is clean. I never moisturised or used body butter or scrubs or anything 'fancy'.
Oh how I was wrong!
I got the Sugar Crush Body Scrub in a swap from Depop on a whim because I couldn't find anything from the seller I liked. I am so happy I did. The smell alone when you first open the pot is amazing, its very 'limey' to me, which I think is a lovely clean scent! I must admit, when I first took a bit of the product in my hand I thought it felt a little rough and was kind of worried to use it on my sensitive/ stretch marked skin. However, it was quite gentle. It scrubbed my skin leaving it so smooth and soft, I was really surprised because it didn't hurt or irritate my skin at all!
It does say on the tub to make sure you don't shave before you use the scrub as it may hurt your skin. I totally agree. Even though the scrub is fairly gentle feeling when being used, I wouldn't want to rub it onto freshly shaved and irritated skin! So if you are going to try this scrub for the first time, shave after you have scrubbed!
If I had to try and describe how smooth it makes your skin feel I would say this. You know when you have just shaved your legs and you go around to your partner or friend and say 'feel my legs!', thats exactly how you feel! Except its all over your body, or the parts you've scrubbed anyway!
