I love this picture. This was our first Christmas in Castle Clarke (our flat is so small we decided to pretend its much bigger than it is and named it Castle Clarke). Keira was only 3 years old. We had a £5.99 tree from Argos which was not a thick as we would of liked, even for a cheap tree it was still looking a bit thin. But me, Keira and Daryl covered it in as many baubles as we could find to try and fill the gaps and Keira found it the best thing ever. 'There's a gap here Mummy!' was said many times. She was so happy with our tree when we were done that she wanted a picture with it. She even liked the cheap red and green tissue paper as the 'base' of the tree! It showed me that we didn't need the biggest or the best Christmas tree in the world for us to have a nice Christmas. The things you can learn from children, ey!
I'll see you tomorrow for Blogmas #12! I can't believe we will be half way through!
