With Valentines Day creeping up fast I thought I would put some ideas out there of affordable date ideas. Some people aren't that big on Valentines day, and that's OK. So these date ideas are obviously not just for Valentines Day but anytime you want to do something nice for your other half!
Carpet Picnic- Lay blankets and cushions on a cosy spot on the floor. Light some candles and put out some picnic food to eat. Put on a film to watch together and enjoy!
Sunset Walk- Find a nice place to watch the sunset, somewhere away from the hustle and bustle of towns. Pack a blanket and some hot chocolate and watch the sun go down together!
'Love Hunt'- Write out cute messages to your partner and clues of where to find the next message and place them around your house. This can be as cute as finding a box of chocolates at the end or can be as sexy as finding you at the end ;) . If you know what I mean, ha ha.
Bake Cupcakes- Bake some cupcakes together and then have a contest to see who can make the funniest/ clever/ best design out of icing. It normally ends up getting messy and is a great laugh!
No Technology!- Order yourself a take away and then turn everything off. Get out a board game and sit and talk to your partner! Sometimes just having one on one time, with no distractions, can really reconnect you with each other.
