Love, Tanya Book Review.

Lately a lot of Youtubers have been bringing out their own books and the blogging world has had very mixed opinions on them. While everyone is entitled to their own opinions I think some comments are totally out of order. So after reading some reviews of Tanya Burr's debut book, Love, Tanya,  I was very intrigued to pick up a copy for myself.

When I heard about Tanya's book being released I wasn't sure what to expect from it. Was it a beauty book? Was it a book about her life? Was it a book about Internet fame? I had no idea. To my surprise, when I went into the bookshop to have a look at the type of book I was buying, I instantly knew I wanted to buy it.

Tanya's book is a mixture of beauty, lifestyle and baking. It goes into stories of Tanya's life before Youtube, her life with Jim and tips on how to overcome anxiety. It also covers hairstyle ideas, baking/cooking and tips on keeping a healthy diet. She even includes tips for Youtubers and bloggers who are just starting out on how to make the best of their pages/ channels. I think she has outdone herself with this book, especially with it being her first one. I have read and re-read sections of it many times and plan on using some of her recipes with my children over the Easter holidays.

The photography for the book is amazing. The pictures are top quality and really fit in well with the themes of the book. I hope, if she bring out a second, that she will use the same photographer. I also thought it was a nice touch that she used images of her own as well.

Have you picked up a copy of Love, Tanya? What did you think of it? I'd love to know how other people have responded to it.
